THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS FOR THE HIGH SCHOOL.
General Information
**All rodeos begin at
**Check in at -This is when you turn in entry blanks, pick up newletters, and turn in other misc items
**Full dress code is required
Membership Forms and Dues
*All membership forms must be signed and completely filled out. Both Parents and the student Must sign the front and back of the membership form and be notarized. Your membership is not be accepted if all signatures are not complete. You must also send a copy of your birth certificate, final report card from last year, and a current coggins. If you enter a rodeo and plan on bringing all membership information you will not be allowed to compete if it is not complete! No Exceptions
Entries
*Entry forms and payment must be turned in at the rodeo prior to the one you are entering. After that date you are late and will pay the $25 late fee. You then have until the Tuesday Prior to the rodeo to have your entry in my hands. This is not a postmark date. IT MUST BE IN MY HANDS!!!
*All entry fees are deposited in the bank on the Monday following the rodeo.
*All medical or vet turn outs must be called in to the Secretary 2 hours prior to the rodeo. If for instance you or your horse are hurt at the rodeo you must find an event director/judge and they can determine if your are allowed a visible release.
*Remember if your entry is not signed by the proper school personnel and you turn it in it is incomplete and considered late. You will pay the late fee and be notified that you must bring an entry signed by the school before you will be allowed to compete.
State Ad Sales
*Every member must sell at least one $50 business card ad. Any thing over $50 that the member sells will get 30% commission
*The first $50 is due
Dodge Raffle Tickets
*Every member must sell 15 Dodge raffle tickets
*For every 5 tickets sold the member will receive 1 free ticket
*Top Seller in each region will Receive a cash prize after selling at least 50 tickets.
*The first 15 tickets must be turned in at
Bloomer Trailer Raffle Ticket
*Each member Jr. High and High School will be required to sell 1 $50 raffle ticket for a Bloomer Trailer.
*$40 of each ticket will stay in the region to help with awards and scholarships
Region Sponsorship
Each member will be required to sell a $100 sponsorship to help the region with awards, scholarships, state and national travel money.
Awards
*You must compete in 6 of the 10 rodeos in order to qualify for a region award
*In order for a saddle to be awarded you must maintain 5 contestants in your event. If an event does not meet the requirements anyone can get a saddle donated.
Payout
*Payout checks will be ready to be picked up at the rodeo. I will not mail them if you forget to pick them up.
